Tribute Shows
In 1964, the Beatles conquered the world with their music and became
household names. Now 40 years later, music lovers of all ages are
celebrating an era that changed the course of music. Let it be Beatles, a musical tribute to the Fab Four will perform live at the Southport RSL on Friday 17th October. The band, arguably Australia’s best sounding musical tribute to The Beatles will bring their live show to the club for the first time. Spokesperson for the band, drummer, Mick Rajan says the band is looking forward to the show. Such is the popularity of The Beatles that decades later the band continues to introduce a new generation to their music. This show is for music lovers of all ages and sometimes we have generations of family members coming to our shows. We have noticed teenagers coming to our shows with their parents and sometimes even their grandparents. The bands repertoire covers the whole period from the beginning in 1962 and the popular 1964 era to the late 60’s after the band finished touring. We try to cover all the different stages of The Beatles career. All the early songs such as Love me do, eight days a week, Can’t buy me love right through some music from rubber soul, Sgt Peppers, and Let it be.
